depends if you've bought all the dlcs.so that means 3 playthroughs, so youfirst need to finish the game on normal and then you start a new game on true vaultand finsih it and then start the ultimate mode. There's NORMAL MODE/TRUE VAULT HUNTER/ULTIMATE VAULT HUNTER MODE.
